Canyon Estates is a custom home community consisting of thirty-five view lots of from ½ to over 1 acre in southern Napa County, California. Located at the gateway to Napa Valley, Canyon Estates is situated in the beautiful foothills of American Canyon, within walking distance of highly rated schools, shopping, parks, the planned Town Center, and the City’s growing business park. Coming Soon: Prices will be set and reservations for homesites will begin for qualified local builders and individuals upon recordation of the final subdivision map and issuance of a public report by CalBRE, beginning late in 2018. Final engineering is now underway, and construction of subdivision improvements is scheduled to begin in early Spring 2019. All subdivision improvements are expected to be completed by late Summer of 2019, when lot sales will can be completed, and the construction of individual homes will begin.

Planning for Canyon Estates began over seven years ago, with support and encouragement from the City of American Canyon which will be providing a full complement of first-rate public services. Now ready for final engineering review and construction, all environmental studies and discretionary permits from local, state, and federal agencies were completed by the end of 2017 (Vesting Tentative Map and Design Guidelines, Corps of Engineers Section 404 Nationwide Permit, USFWS Biological Opinion, State Fish & Wildlife 1602 Agreement, and RWQCB 401 Certification – see Entitlements Tab for details).
